The Headquarters Business Park, Jeddah

A SAR 1.3B mixed-use tower. IBS defined the smart building services, ran the RFPs and supervised delivery of every system, then stayed on as technical advisor and board-level subject-matter expert.

Then: management by-laws, maintenance fee structure, FM provider tendering and supervision, owners association set up.

Now: tenant and fit-out portal, fee transparency package, annual technical advisory and software SLA in their tenth year.

Smart city · consultancy

King Abdullah Economic City

Smart city consultancy for the developer: in-building and outside-plant guidelines aligned to international standards and regulator requirements, working directly with Cisco and Ericsson on FTTH, NOC, NMS and O&M design.

Delivered: smart city service and packaging definition, infrastructure design and a CRM prototype for the city's residents and businesses.

Institutions · platform

Abu Ghazalah Foundation scholarships platform

An end-to-end platform governing the scholarship programme: applicant registration, evaluation, agreements, universities, disbursements and reporting, with executive dashboards and KPI tracking for the board.

Delivered: bilingual portal in production, extended twice, supported under annual SLA, plus the foundation's public website.

Hospitality · smart buildings

Al Aqeeq Hotels, Madinah

Smart building standards defined across the hotel group, then design and bill-of-quantities finalisation for nine smart building systems across two hotels, technology selection, delivery management, QA and closure.

Delivered: one standard for the group, two hotels delivered to it, and a critical-path handover between owner, operator, contractor and facility manager.
